President Biden has proposed spending $80 billion to upgrade and expand passenger rail service nationwide. In Ohio, that would allow Amtrak to connect Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati and Dayton.

The Amtrak plan is but one idea on the drawing board to change how people travel.
