Wellness Wednesday: COVID-19 Vaccine Clinical Trials For Children

None of the COVID-19 vaccines approved for use in the U.S. have been approved for use in children under 16-years-old, but trials are underway to determine their safety and effectiveness in children.

Most recently, drug company Moderna has begun to test its COVID-19 vaccine to children under 12, including babies as young as six months.
