Police Chief Tom Quinlan announces the division's reorganization.

The Columbus Division of Police launched a team to replace the defunct Vice unit. The former Vice subdivision was disbanded following the scandal-ridden arrest of porn star Stormy Daniels and a federal investigation into misconduct.

The Police and Community Together Team (PACT), replaces Vice, taking on issues such as prostitution.
