A new state auditor’s report reveals the Ohio Department of Education didn’t have malicious intent when scrubbing data about online charter schools.

Three years ago, the then-superintendent intentionally left “F” grades off performance evaluations.

While the auditor’s report didn’t find malice, it did find mismanagement in the Ohio Department of Education that led to this lack of oversight.
