Cable television channel National Geographic Wild is taking viewers behind-the-scenes at the Columbus Zoo. It premiered a six-hour miniseries in July on the zoo, aquarium and its 10,000-acre conservation center, The Wilds.

The series, “Secrets of the Zoo,” is about the staff at the zoo and their close relationships with the animals. It premiered on July 29.

Today on All Sides we speak with the executive producer about the show and find out what makes the Columbus Zoo show-worthy.
