Live from the Ohio State Fair: Ride Safety

Last year, the Ohio State Fair opened under a cloud after an amusement ride broke apart mid air, killing an 18-year-old man and injuring seven others.

Since then, little has changed in the rules and regulations governing amusement ride safety in Ohio. The same ride vender. The same inspectors.

Today All Sides broadcasts from the grounds of the Ohio State Fair on what has and hasn’t changed in the wake of the Fireball tragedy.
