A federal lawsuit filed at the end of March is raising questions about how Ohioans with intellectual and developmental disabilities are being treated.  This hour we'll discuss the issue and why a disability rights advocacy group is suing the state for allegedly failing to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
