Police departments and other law enforcement agencies have access to technology that can pinpoint the location of any cell phone. Critics believe that using the technology may sometimes violate the 4th amendment and have concerns about the technology getting into the wrong hands. Also, Nintendo is releasing its first mobile app, Miitomo, a chat experience using popular Wii avatars.
