The Greater Cleveland Food Bank saw record-breaking demand for services during the 2020 holiday season and expects the demand for food assistance to remain high for some time. Ambulatory staff may be needed to help with hospital staffing shortages, said Dr. Andrew Thomas, chief clinical officer at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
