An associate of white nationalist Richard Spencer is suing the University of Cincinnati. From member station WVXU, Tana Weingartner reports. Spencer's attorney is asking for $2 million and a jury trial alleging UC is charging too much for Spencer's planned visit in March. According to the federal court filing, UC wants more than $10,000 for security fees and costs. The lawsuit says that infringes on Spencer's free speech rights and calls the criteria used to set the price unconstitutional.

Actor/playwright Chazz Palminteri was in Cleveland earlier this week to talk about turning his story, “A Bronx Tale,” into a musical. It might never have happened if he hadn’t lost a job.
