Franklin, Delaware counties under Level 1 snow emergency

The Franklin and Delaware county sheriff's offices have declared a Level 1 snow emergency after the latest snowfall on Friday morning.

The emergency means roads are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads also may be icy. Motorists are urged to drive cautiously.
