Five people from Delaware County, including an infant, were killed in a head-on crash in Pennsylvania, about 60 miles south of Pittsburgh.

The Fayette County Coroner reported the five victims were traveling eastbound on U.S. 40 near Farmington on Tuesday afternoon, when the car crossed a double yellow line in the road. The vehicle then crashed head on into a tractor trailer that was traveling west.

The vehicle's driver, 55-year-old Harold Nibert, along with passengers 47-year-old Bradley Thivener, 36-year-old Krystal May, 33-year-old Amanda Dawson and her 7-month-old son Kullen Dawson all died at the scene.

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the crash.
