Prosecutors in Muskingum County have charged a man after shots were fired this week at Zanesville City Hall.
Zanesville police and Muskingum County Sheriff's deputies arrested 39-year-old Patrick Foraker after he allegedly shot through a payment window at two Zanesville water department employees at Zanesville City Hall on Monday.
Foraker is charged with attempted murder, felonious assault and inducing panic.
No one was hurt, but Zanesville City Hall was closed Monday following the incident.
