Police Searching For Quadruple Murder Suspect In Southern Ohio

A manhunt is underway in southern Ohio for a suspect in the shooting deaths of four people, including a 7-year-old boy who police initially said was not at the scene of the murders.

Warrants have been issued for 23-year-old Aaron Lawson for three counts of murder and one count of aggravated murder. He was last seen by police late Wednesday evening after crashing a vehicle during a police chase and running into a nearby woods.

Sheriff’s deputies in Lawrence County, east of Portsmouth, found the bodies of three adults inside a house trailer on State Route 93 in the tiny community of Pedro Wednesday evening.

They later found the body of 7-year-old Devin Holston, who was the subject of a frantic search immediately after the other bodies were discovered.

Police say another victim with stab wounds to the neck and head was found at a nearby home. That person was flown to a nearby hospital.
