A female student died Monday after falling from a parking garage outside the Ohio Union.
Madison Paul, a neuroscience major, fell from the Ohio Union South Garage and was transported to the Wexner Medical Center in critical condition.
"On behalf of the entire community, our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Madison Paul," a statement from the university reads. "We have reached out to offer our support and condolences to Madison's parents."
University police said they are actively investigating and do not believe foul play is involved.
Ohio State is offering counseling to those affected.
