Ohio Governor John Kasich is headed to Europe for a series of economic development and policy discussions with corporate CEOs and world leaders.
The Republican Kasich leaves Thursday for stops in Germany and England. He’s scheduled to join Vice President Mike Pence, Defense Secretary James Mattis, and Senator John McCain at a security conference in Munich.
Kasich also plans business meetings in London seeking new development for Ohio in the fields of advanced manufacturing, energy, finance and automotive technology.
Kasich has been traveling out of state more recently. His associates and he recently started a political organization called “Two Paths,” which is also the name of his book due out in the spring.
