Police in Upper Arlington say 2,700 American Electric power customers are without power this afternoon.
Police say traffic lights between Fishinger and Henderson Roads and between Riverside Drive and Reed Road are out and should be treated as four-way stops.
Crews are expected to have power back on line by 6:30 this evening.
