Man Faces Prison After Pleading Guilty In Warehouse Fire

A Westside man today admitted setting fire to a warehouse on Fisher Road last December. Thirty-year old Robin Toms now faces more than 5 years in prison.

Toms pleaded guilty to arson, vandalism and breaking and entering and must register as an arson offender for the rest of his life.

Toms is scheduled to be sentenced June 30th.

Prosecutor Ron O'Brien says the fire put dozens of people out of work and caused millions of dollars in damages.
