Ohio's auditor will announce the results of an unannounced student attendance count carried out early in the school year.
Auditor Dave Yost plans to make a report Monday morning at the Ohio Statehouse.
The count was conducted last Nov. 9. It included 54 traditional and charter schools.
The auditor's office conducted a similar count in 2014 at 30 of Ohio's charter schools. The office said the results of that count showed more than half of the schools reported enrollment numbers higher than the actual head counts.
