According to a Central Ohio real estate group, the inventory of houses for sale in central Ohio was up slightly from March.
The Multiple Listing Service saw a 1.2 percent increase in the number of houses on the market, but that is still nearly 23 percent lower than last year at this time.
The price of houses continues to climb reaching record highs in April according to the Columbus Realtors. The group said the average price of a house last month was $202,393. That is a nearly 10 percent jump from last spring.
