Four Central Ohioans have been indicted for drug trafficking.  They face charges in a case that started with a police stop earlier this month.

That’s when police found nearly half a kilogram of heroin and 3.7 kilos of cocaine inside of a car.  Columbus Police Narcotics officers then conducted an additional search at another location where they found 13 kilos of cocaine and more than $100,000 in cash.  Officials estimate the drugs confiscated have a street value of more than $1.5 million.

The four charged include 33 year old Jose Mozeno Lopez of Dublin; 35 year old Adriana Gutierrez-Santana of Dublin; 20 year old Claudia Ojeda-Gonzalez of Columbus; and 20 year old Brandy Franklin of Columbus.

All four people are to be arraigned on Wednesday.
