Arrest Made In Columbus Shooting That Left 7-Year-Old Dead, 2 Hurt

Police say a man has been arrested in a shooting on a parking lot at a Columbus market that left a 7-year-old boy dead and another child and a man wounded.

Police say 18-year-old Marctarius K. Grace was arrested on a murder charge in the death of Deonte M. Fisher.

The boy was shot in the head Friday and died at a hospital. Police say a 5-year-old boy and 19-year-old Rayquan Holloway were hospitalized and were in stable condition.

Investigators believe that Holloway and the children were in a car that was sprayed with bullets.

Witness Jay Keen co-owns a nearby body shop. He told The Columbus Dispatch he heard about 15 gunshots and saw "a bunch of little kids" trying to run from the car.
