Gold Rush For College Sports Means Higher Salaries, More Peripheral Jobs

College sports is a billion dollar industry, and millionaire coaches aren’t the only ones cashing in. Schools are giving increasingly-large salaries to administrators, and employees holding jobs that didn’t exist a few year ago.

For WOSU’s sports show After the Score, Steve Brown and Thomas Bradley spoke with Washington Post reporter Will Hobson, who recently wrote about the increase in college athletic spending.
