Residents just north of the Ohio State University campus aren't happy with a proposal to build an apartment complex that could reach up to 10 stories.
Developers want to bring two new restaurants and 145 apartments to the west side of N. High Street between W. Northwood and W. Oakland avenues.
Some residents say the project would change the character of a neighborhood filled with century-old houses.
Ten buildings on the site would be knocked down to make way for the complex.
A university area review board reviewed the concept this past week. More presentations on the proposal are likely.
