Coleman To Join Law Firm When He Leaves Mayor's Office

Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman

When he leaves office December 31st, Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman will join a law firm.  Coleman will go to work for Ice Miller as Director of Business and Government Strategies January 1st.

In a written statement, Ice Miller managing partner Richard Barnhart praised Coleman’s 16 years as mayor and said his firm is proud and fortunate to have him.

Coleman is Columbus’ longest-serving mayor; elected first in 1999, then re-elected in 2003, 2007 and 2011.
