Costs Rising For Ohioans Who Get Ill From Food

Foodborne illnesses cost Ohioans at least nearly $1.5 billion a year.  That's according to a new study published in this month's Journal of Food Protection. Ohio State economist and scientist Robert Scharff explains how Ohio compares to other states.
