Ohio's top government watchdog says a former employee of the Ohio Lottery stole more than $100,000 in lottery tickets.
The report from Ohio's inspector general says former lottery sales representative David Dragelevich developed a scheme to manipulate retail accounts.
The report says he would return full books of tickets from one vendor, then re-issue the same book to another retailer and mark it as sold. The report says he cashed winning ticket at vendors around northeast Ohio, all outside of his normal delivery route.
Dragelevich is already facing theft in office charges in Mahoning County.
