The drum major instructor for the Ohio State marching band faces charges of rape and kidnapping.
Stewart Kitchen is due in Franklin County Municipal Court Thursday.
He’s accused of inviting a woman into his home for drinks on April 15, then allegedly forcing to have sex with him.
Kitchen is on administrative leave and OSU has launched an investigation.
