The Two25 Commons building

A 17-story building known as Two25 Commons will be the final addition to the Columbus Commons downtown park. The tower will be a mix of retail, office and residential space says Bret Kaufman of Kaufman Development.

“I think it’s a great compliment to what’s already been started there. The mayor and everybody that’s been involved – Guy Worley and Amy Taylor – and that group has done a phenomenal job building the commons and really invigorating the core of downtown and, yeah, we hope it’s kind of the exclamation point,” Kaufman says.

The steel and glass tower will cost about $90 million to construct.

A project start date has not been set.
