Ohio's Economic Recovery Weak For African-American Communities

Leaders in the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus claim not enough of the economic recovery has happened within larger inner-city communities. President of the OLBC, Alicia Reece spoke at the group’s third annual "Day of Action." Reece says more focus should be on jobs, education and health issues within the African-American community.
