County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien Says He Might Run For Mayor

Since long-time Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman announced he will not seek a fifth term, two people have announced their candidacy for the post. Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien says he's received multiple calls about a potential run for the office. He says he hasn't made a decision yet. "I, however, told some folks that have an interest in it that I would listen to any entreaties or presentations they might have. OK. You're not ruling it out? No, I wasn't ruling it out," O'Brien said. O'Brien says he will decide by the first of the year whether to run.
