Lighting At Capital University Games Gets Okay

The Bexley Planning Commission last night approved a zoning change to allow stadium lights at Capital University during night games. The meeting lasted four hours. The plan for lights does include certain conditions agreed to by both the city of Bexley and the university. They had discussed including provisions on how often the lights can be used, and how loud the sound system can be at night.
