Former Columbus Firefighter's Firing Upheld

In a unanimous ruling, the Columbus Civil Service Commission has upheld the city’s firing of firefighter Marc Cain. Cain faced charges that he was dishonest, insubordinate and engaged in a sexual affair with an 18 year old woman, while he was on duty for the fire department. The ruling came yesterday and only took a half hour when it usually takes weeks or months to rule.
