Man Found Shot To Death In South Side Parking Lot

Columbus Police are trying to figure out who shot a man who collapsed in a parking lot following an argument over the weekend. Family members say 44-year-old Russell Barlow was halfway between his girlfriend's house and his mom's when he dropped to the ground early Sunday in the area of South Champion Avenue and Frebis Avenue. The shooting occurred after an argument, but police don't know who Barlow was fighting with. Columbus homicide detectives aren't sure exactly where Barlow was when he was shot, but they found blood and shell casings behind the house where Barlow's 34-year-old girlfriend lives with her parents.
