Non-Compete Clauses For A Sub Shop?

When you think of the sub shop Jimmy John's, you might think about the Big John sub, or maybe the Turkey Tom with mayo. You probably don't think about non-compete clauses. Well it turns out, according to the Huffington Post, Jimmy John's makes all of their employees sign extensive non-compete agreements. We called Jimmy John's to ask if they require employees to sign non-competes, but they declined comment.
