A grand jury has started looking into the fatal shooting of a man by police in a Dayton-area Walmart to determine whether charges should be filed in the case that has drawn national attention. The special Greene County grand jury reviewing the fatal shooting of 22-year-old John Crawford III is scheduled to begin reviewing evidence Monday at the county courthouse in Xenia. It isn't known how long it will take jurors to make a decision. Crawford was fatally shot while carrying an air rifle his family says he'd taken off a shelf at the store in the Dayton suburb of Beavercreek. Police have said Crawford didn't obey officers' commands to put down the air rifle. Crawford supporters plan to march to the courthouse and rally there.
