Columbus Twin Once Accused Of His Twin's Murder Graduates From OSU

Five years after charges were dismissed against a Columbus man for killing his twin brother, he graduated from Ohio State University. 24 year old Derris Lewis received his Bachelor’s Degree yesterday. Lewis was jailed for 18 months while the case proceeded. There was a mistrial in March 2009. He was freed later that year after testing proved his fingerprint was not in his brother’s blood at the crime scene. The city of Columbus settled with Lewis for $950,000. Columbus police say they are still investigating who killed Lewis’ twin brother Dennis. (To hear the full interview, click on listen above.)
