Former OSU Pediatrician Gets 12 Months In Child Porn Case

A former top pediatrician at Ohio State University is headed to prison after pleading guilty to a child pornography charge. Christopher Pelloski, former director of Ohio State University’s pediatric cancer radiation program, faced up to 10 years in prison after his November guilty plea to a single count of accessing digital files intending to view child pornography. On Friday he was sentenced to serve 12 months and one day in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. Prosecutors had recommended four years in prison.
