AG DeWine Certifies clean energy ballot issue

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today certified a petition for a proposed Ohio Clean Energy amendment to the Ohio Constitution. The issue approved today calls for the state to issue 13-billion dollars in bonds for renewable energy. The sponser, a group called Yes for Ohio's Energy Future, now must collect 385-thousand signatures from registered voters in half of Ohio's counties to get the issue on the ballot.
