Just about every big-time high school sports program in Ohio has an active booster program. They hold fundraisers and sell food and merchandise to parents and fans, and they can hold hundreds of thousands of dollars. Two Mansfield boosters are headed to prison after pleading guilty to lengthy indictments from the state.
