Sentencing Set In Ohio Doctor's Child Porn Case

A sentencing date has been set for an Ohio pediatric doctor who has pleaded guilty to accessing child pornography. Christopher Pelloski, former director of Ohio State University's pediatric cancer radiation program, faces up to 10 years in prison after his November guilty plea to a single count of accessing digital files intending to view child pornography. Columbus federal judge Algenon Marbley scheduled the May 2 sentencing date on Thursday. A criminal complaint against Pelloski last summer said he acknowledged to investigators that he used his home desktop computer and a laptop belonging to Ohio State to download child pornography, including videos and photos. Pelloski's lawyer has said Pelloski pleaded guilty to take responsibility for the crime.
