Columbia Gas Predicts Higher Heating Bills

Officials at Columbia Gas predict higher heating bills this winter. The company says colder temperatures and high demand will result in a 30 percent increase for most residential customers on the budget plan. The company says that should average out to about $20 dollars a month or $240 dollars for the next twelve months.
