Woman Pleads Guilty To Hitting Delaware County Bike Rider

The woman who admitted hitting a bicycle rider in Delaware county this fall today pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter today in a Delaware county court. In additon, Mary Kathryn Paul pleaded guilty to the scene of the crash after the death of long time DeSales High School teacher Bob Lennon in September. A lawyer in the Delaware County Prosecutor's office says Paul voluntarily surrendered her driver's license. Paul could be sentenced to six years in jail. A Sentencing hearing is expected at a later date.
