Mary Kathryn Paul, 36, of Delaware, is charged with involuntary manslaughter and failure to stop after she hit and killed Bob Lennon, 64, who was cycling near Miller-Paul and Robins Roads, Sept. 15. Both charges are third degree felonies. Paul faces up to six years in prison. Licking County Prosecutor Kenneth Oswalt has been called as special prosecutor on the case. In a written statement, Oswalt said, âit is Ms. Paulâs intent to acknowledge responsibility for the collision that caused Mr. Lennonâs death.â? Paul has not entered a formal plea. Oswalt noted no one else has been charged in the case at this time, but the investigation continues. Lennon was a teacher and cross country coach at DeSales High School.
