A federal judge has decided to unseal court paperwork relating to the child-pornography case against the former director of Ohio State University's pediatric cancer radiation program. Attorneys for pediatric cancer doctor Christopher E. Pelloski had asked for the paperwork to be sealed because of "inordinate media coverage" and other reasons. Pelloski's attorneys withdrew the motion this week, and U.S. District Judge Algenon Marbley made the case public. A criminal complaint against Pelloski last summer said he acknowledged to an investigator that he used his home desktop computer and a laptop belonging to Ohio State to download the pornography, including videos and photos. The 39-year-old Pelloski had agreed to plead guilty to one count of accessing digital files intending to view child pornography.
