Colorado Votes On Tax Request Similar To Rejected Ohio Proposal

It's been 15 years since Ohioans soundly rejected a request to increase the state income tax to help fund schools around the state. It was an effort to move away from local funding through property taxes. Colorado voters could do the same thing today when they vote on a proposal to overhaul the way the state funds schools.
