Columbus; Suburbs Moves Trick or Treating to 5:30 PM

Columbus and most of the suburbs have decided to move trick or treating up by a half hour. The mayor's office says trick or treating will now take place from 5:30 to 7:00. This evening's weather forecast calls for heavy rain and high winds. Some communities have already delayed beggar's night until Saturday…that includes Reynoldsburg, Bucyrus and Chillicothe.
