Miami University reaches $500M fundraising goal

OXFORD, Ohio (AP) - Miami University has topped its $500 million fundraising goal. The school in Oxford says it has brought in just over the $500 million target in its capital campaign. Administrators also are proposing to raise annual tuition for Ohio residents by $199. That would bring the annual cost for in-state students to just over $13,000. Out-of-state tuition would go up to just above $29,000 per year if the increase is approved.
