Absent From Ohio Ballot, Medical Marijuana Debate Continues

For more than a decade, backers of a plan to legalize medical marijuana have tried unsuccessfully to convince Ohio legislators to okay the idea. Meanwhile, for more than a year, two different groups have tried unsuccessfully to collect enough petition signatures to force a statewide vote on the idea.
