Governor Slated To Give Major Speech Tomorrow In Lima

Governor Kasich's annual state of the state speech is scheduled for delivery tomorrow in Lima. The governor scheduled the speech to follow his major budget, tax reform and school funding proposals tomorrow in Lima. It's the second consecutive year Kasich has taken the speech outside of Columbus.
